    I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I HAD BOUGHT A BURGER, SODA AND GAS. WHEN I WENT TO PUMP MY GAS, THE GAS PUMP WAS NOT WORKING. I WENT INSIDE TO TALK TO THE CASHIER JORGE , TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT PAY FOR GAS. I LITERALLY HAD TO CALL THE COPS. THEN THE COPS TELL ME THAT HE CANT FORCE THE BUSINESS TO COUNT THE TILL OR ASK TO OVERVIEW THE VIDEO. SO JORGE STOLE MY MONEY FOR GAS, WHICH I PAID CASH. OH HE NEVER GAVE ME A RECEIPT EITHER, I HAD TO ASK THE DEPUTY TO GET ME A COPY. BY THE WAY I WANTED TO MARK NO STARS, BUT IN ORDER TO POST THIS COMMENT I HAD TO MARK ONE WHICH IT DOES NOT DESERVE THAT.

    I would NEVER recommend this agency. I received a letter (May 2017) asking if I had a home for sale - but I have never owned a home in the area. I did manage a trust for my mother who died in 2006. The agent (Ms. Perkins), seems to have avoided doing her research before helping a client. I'd look for an agency with more attentive agents.

    My Kids said the Guide was nice and very informative on the ride... I made reservation and got the ride for $25 ... Very reasonable... Definitely coming back soon...

    I have worked with Donna, Shelly & Shannon for 18 years on home purchases and home selling. I will not work any other agent they are GREAT!!! Century 21 Gold staff has great customer service.
